Great lunch with my Mom here today we love trying places we haven't been and this is a awesome spot for lunch and dinner too. I've tried 2 times to go here for dinner on a weekend and it's always packed and we left so happy to try lunch. Will definitely have to try a dinner during the week here as the food was so fresh and good. I got the chopped salad and my Mom the chicken wrap we both enjoyed the food and flavors. They now have a brunch menu 11-3!!
Food is incomparable! So good! Prepared and served to perfection! Service is wonderful...prompt, polite, knowledgeable staff that help make decisions easily! Atmosphere is relaxed and upbeat! love going here from the time you walk in tho the time you leave it's a wonderful night out!
Wonderful lunch today! New menu item: Sticky Ribs. We didn’t like them! HAHAHAHAHA! Evident by the empty bowl and meatless ribs! First ever chocolate martini - Lauren’s creation! Delicious!
Great find for lunch! Smash Burger was really good and top quality ingredients. The sweet potato wedges were absolutely delicious as they were sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Service was great and food came out quick. Glad I gave them a try for me and the family!!

Just moved to Wake Forest and I’m so impressed with Gatehouse! The service was the best experience I’ve had eating out in a while. From the moment we walked in the host was friendly and kind. Our waitress was excellent and the food was delicious. I had a burger and every bite was perfect. The ambiance was very nice and everything was clean. We will definitely be back!
Came here for dinner on Sunday and the place was pretty slow. They did have the games going on a couple of the TVs which was nice. We got the nachos as an appetizer and by god they were the best nachos I've had in a long, long time. I'm pretty sure the chips were made in house, super crispy! And the cheese was melty nacho cheese, not just melted shredded cheese. It's what belongs on nachos! They were amazing and we'll be back just for those. I ordered the flounder and shrimp as my meal and it was alright. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and tasted awesome, but the flounder was overcooked and kinda dry. My brother got the burger and said it was amazing though! The fries were also cooked perfectly and had a good amount of salt and very flavorful. And the service was amazing! Dude was super nice and quick! Nachos - 9.8/10 Flounder - 6/10 Shrimp 7.7/10 Fries - 8.9/10
Absolutely amazing. This was the 1st time we've been here, and what an incredible wonderful all around experience. Originally from the Northeast area, I've had some amazing pastrami, but this sandwich with its slaw, and slightly spicy 1000 island dressing? Perfecto!!!. We'll will definitely be back!!
